Mr. Shaw has worked as a licensed Private Investigator
since 1971. His specialized area of investigation has been in employer/employee relations. He has investigated and administratively handled, as
the agent for employers, more than 150,000 claims of unemployment, E.E.O.C. and
Labor claims. He has represented employers in over 5000 hearings since 1970 and has logged more
hours in investigation of equal employment opportunity charges (Sexual
Harassment, & Discrimination) than anyone else. Only 5 settlements have been made
against our customers in the last 20 years.
