Jerry Shaw worked as a licensed Private Investigator since 1971. His specialized area of investigation has been in employer/employee relations. He has investigated and administratively handled, as the agent for employers, more than 675,000 claims of unemployment, Equal Employment Opportunity (E.E.O.C.) Claims and charges, Labor claims and employee complaints. He has represented employers in over 8000 hearings since 1970 and has logged more hours in investigation of equal employment opportunity charges (Sexual Harassment, & Discrimination) than anyone else we know of. As of December 2014 only 5 settlements were made against our customers in the last 30 years. Justus for the employer or former employee made it right to settle. 

 
Paul A. Kirk
Attorney at Law
Paul A. Kirk, Attorney at Law, received his Bachelor of Arts in 1975, from Brigham Young University.  He earned his Juri Doctorate from the University of Puget Sound University, and was admitted to the Washington State bar 1981. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar Association in 1985. He has since 1986 provider employee relations advice to the clients of SEM. Paul has over 27 years of working out employers problems with employees and SEM claims he is more qualified in his file of employee relation and law, then any other Attorney we know of.
